Doctor Palmer isn't board certified plastic surgeon. Richard Palmer has left me disfigured with awful results. Cheaper isn't BETTER, please protect yourself. I'm paying 10,000 for another surgery to correct his surgery, please search for doctor who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
