WOW! Better Than I Expected!

I had a lower face lift and neck lift procedure just completed by Dr. Heppe, who was recommended to me by my most excellent GP. Ten days post-op, I am ready to go to work without any obvious swelling or bruising. Dr. Heppe has easily taken 20 years off my face, and his work went beyond my expectations. I was recently shown "before" pictures at my last follow-up appointment, and the change in my appearance even shocked me! It is obvious that Dr. Heppe truly cares about his patients; as a woman, I was treated with utmost respect. I never have felt rushed during appointments with him. His explanations are thorough, and he took much time and care with me so that my goals and expectations were realistic. Dr. Heppe reminds me that I still have a way to go in seeing all the improvements in my appearance, and I am really looking forward to seeing the final results. Dr. Heppe is a skilled physician with artistic ability! He takes great pride in his work, and is attentive to every detail. The staff has always been polite, accommodating, and courteous. They never made me feel that I was bothering them with a question, and Dr. Heppe always made himself readily available if a staff member wanted to check with him about one of my questions or concerns. Dr. Heppe even made himself available to me for a follow-up appointment post-surgery when it fell on a weekend after regular office hours. Who does that anymore?! I have always been treated like family by this practice, and I cannot be happier with my results so far. Dr. Heppe is my new hero! I would give this practice 10 stars if I could, and I recommend Dr. Heppe without reservation.
