Fraxel Restore Step by Step

I am 42 yr old white male who tans easily. I have 2 mild scars that bothered me for 20 yrs. No one really notices them but me. I had tons of microderms over the yrs which soften the scars, but the aestitician told me about Fraxel and said that I would not even dee these little scars after the Dr did Fraxel. Yeah right !! I seen the Dr and he said your skin is perfect so I pointed out the 2 spots I was worried about. He said, yes and no!!..what??? yes, he can do it and not sure if it was worth it considering my skin looked good besides these little scars and I am a man and everyone has a scar or 2. I said doc, i don't care what it cost. He said, it is not that, he said, "I can do the spots for you, but they will require atleast 3 bc they r still scars. My wife owns a hair salon next to him and I get him alot of business. He is doing it for 250.00 per session and I am going tonight. If I get 30 to 50%, I will be happy, I will keep you posted !! He said it can't do damge to me so it is worth a shot.

I can tell you that fraxel restore is really useful. my acne scares have been better definetely.When any of my friends have seen me they have asked me what I had done to my face.I'm really happy with the result. I want to add a new picture was taken after 8 months of last treatment bye

My skin is looking soooo smooth, even better than the first 2 treatments, I'm thinking I may not need to go beyond a 5th treatment if that! I just want to see more of an improvement along the temple are, where I have some icepick scars that I usually cover with brushing my hair down but I know they are there and want them to be less noticeable! Continue to keep me updated!

i am wondering if you know what settings they are using on you? mine was 56 millijoules (mj) over most of my face, but 79 mj on the 2 deepest scars. I beleive it was a Level 7. Mine was painful (but I was able to tolerate). You said yours was not painful? What did they give you to make it more comfortable?

I was given valium for pain! You know I can relate so much to everyone who has ever suffered from acne/acne scarring it really affects how you feel about yourself. I'm feeling so much better now and I hope to continue to see more improvements in the future with this treatment!
