Fraxel Dual Damage. What Should I Do?
My skin wasn't bad, I just had a couple of acne scares I wanted softened. I had three Morpheus treatments done a year ago and didn't see any results so the nurse suggested I try the fraxel dual laser. The first treatment was a spot treatment on the lightest setting (done in early August), but still no results. They suggested a second treatment at a higher setting covering a larger portion of my face. When she got to my chin she changed the laser tip and it immediately hurt much more, enough that I didn't let her continue onto my cheeks and above my lip.
When I woke up the next day I saw blisters and a total breakout, it was really painful I couldn't move my face without tearing up. My skin felt like a solid sheet of plastic. I was told to apply polysporin, keep it moisturized and check back in in a couple weeks.
Two months later and no improvement. It's still red and very textured skin. Makeup makes it look worse. I don't know what to do or what could fix this.
