I had fraxel for a few acne scars on my chin.
Almost two weeks after the procedure, I have lots of scars, pigmentation…I saw the doctor who told me to hydrate, protect against the sun and come back in a month

My upper lip had a similar reaction as in your second photo after my second fraxel it was like darker/blotchy hyperpigmentation. I had them skip that area for my third treatment and luckily it went away

Your damage looks similar to my over exfoliation/retin a/derma rolling damage. The only thing that corrected my damage was stem cell treatment. It was a nightmare 6 year journey but I’m finally free of it.
