Ladies, we all have the desire to look as young as...

Ladies, we all have the desire to look as young as possible. Especially once we have ' a little age' knocking on the door! In the past few years I begin to notice what I refer to as a 'turkey neck' underneath my chin. I would notice other ladies, somewhat close to my age, and decided it was an ageing process. But I wasn't comfortable with a 'turkey neck' or "bulldog jaws!" lol...my husband and I discussed the probability of The LifeStyle Lift procedure as an option. I gave the facility a call 'just to talk' and the sweet lady on the other end of the phone was wonderful, and made me feel comfortable in our discussion. I went for consultation a week later, we did a couple of 'before photos' that brought tears. I knew at that exact moment that I was diffinently having a procedure to correct my 'unhappy face'..we selected the prefered procedures that I wished to have. An appointment was schedule to meet with Dr. Michael Boggess the following week to personally discuss any questions I might have. Dr. Boggess and Staff are wonderful, I felt at ease and fully assured that I was in very good hands. I received a packet of information in regards to the Doctors Accomplishments with Long Term Qualification experiences in cosmetic surgeries. I am very pleased with the results, and would do it again in a heart beat! The Staff at LifeStyle Lift along with Dr. Boggess are the most caring and concerned ever. This changed my life and gave me back confidence I once had...for which I an truly thankful.

I as well had my Lifestyle lift in Franklin TN and it was the best money I have ever spent. The doctor who did my surgery is no longer there but the staff was wonderful and when I decide to do this again....this is where I will return.

You look great! I had my LL done in ST Louis by Dr. James Scheu and it was also the best money I have ever spent. I would do it again in a heartbeat and Dr. Scheu is wonderful.

The Lifestyle Lift is a bandaid. good if you are young, under 50, but don't expect it to last long. Sure, you'll like it, try to see the improvement after you heal. But it is a money- grab in my opinion. Like brick facade on a building, it doesn't last. This is OK if you have the money and inclination to go for a longer lasting procedure down the road. I'm 67, done the lifestyle lift, fillers, acid peels, laser, restylane, perlane. Over many years, of course. I look pretty good, but the best thing you can do is watch your diet (sweets, fats, artificial ingredients of any kind) and SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN SUNSCREEN. Take some time to look at what is in your sunscreen. Use it every day. I have more to say, but I won't belabor the issue unless someone wants to talk. Oh - had permanent makeup done too.

The most important thing to having a successful result is to be at your normal weight at the time of surgery and not to gain or lose weight afterward. Judging from all the procedures you have done it would seem that nothing makes you happy. My LL came out perfectly and I am thrilled with the results a year later (as I have maintained my weight in a 4 pound range) and nothing lasts forever.

I didn't say that nothing made me happy. The procedures I mentioned were performed over a period of 20 years. Sure, you like the lifestyle Lift now, and you'll be ok for a while. I'm talking about MAINTENANCE. The LL isOk, but not like a real facelift. For the money, I'd go with the real thing, which WILL last longer. If you are happy, that's great.

You sounded so much like myself. I actually came into the Franklin with my sister who did not need near as much of a tweak as I did. I had the "worn" "Tired" look. Hanging jowls and lower face. I was even embarrassed for people to see me from the side or head on for that matter. It has been 6 years now and I still do not look as bad today as I did six years ago when I first did the surgery. I tell people all the time...It was the easiest surgery I have had done. two of my senior customers have actually gone in and had it done with a wonderful outcome. It will be a couple more years and I will be going back to have it done again due to my neck now starting to sag. I am 55 years old and I am always proud to tell people that and hear their comments :) It is definitely a life changer for women.

Just had a facelift done and was wondering how long the pain and numbness will last,of course it's only been five days.

The pain will be gone in about 2 weeks but you will be tender for a while. If you bump your face on something it will really hurt too. My ears were tender for about 8 weeks but 17 months post-op I've got most of the feeling back and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
