This coming Saturday, in two days, it will be six weeks since I've had the smartlipo procedure. I haven't posted in a while so figured I'll do an update. I still wear the compression garments 24/7. Probably once a week I won't wear it for an hour or so. I still go to the gym and eat well. My incisions are just little bumps since they are healing but you don't see them. Not in any pain or anything. I don't feel like I see anything different. Looking back at my picture from the next day after the surgery I was so happy and after that day I just haven't been happy. To spend $10,000 on this and not see anything is disappointing. I know i may not still see full results but it's frustrating. I have my 2 months follow up at the end of July so hopefully things are better then. For now it's still just a waiting game I guess.

Today marks three weeks since I've had the procedure done. Still swollen and areas hurting but bruising is gone. Incisions are still in the process of healing but all are closed. Don't really feel like any things changing but I guess I'm still swollen soooo. I see other people have drastic results so I guess I just have to wait longer. At 2 week appointment doctor took pictures and we compared to before having the procedure and don't feel like much really changed. He even froze at some points because he couldn't figure out what to say that changed. I guess I just have to wait longer and see if spending thousands of dollars on this was really worth it.

Hey! Just wondering if you've seen any improvement yet? I could see a difference the first day post op then it looked like swelling took over. I hope this message finds you well and you are healing nicely :)

Yes I saw a difference the first day after too, but then I swelled up and haven't seen much of a difference now. I know I'm still swollen, but I thought I would see something by now

I've been on here looking at women that update after 2 years and they all day you really have to wait. Yeah, there's a few that had horrible experiences, but they realized something was wrong very early on. Like pain, skin burns, lumps, etc. I'm just like you. I could tell a little but of a difference, but now I don't see it at all because of the swelling. Even with tummy tucks, breast implants, it takes awhile. But then at the same time, I see women who have very noticeable results the day after. It's so weird and inconsistent. Some doctors are scared to take too much out to prevent damage and then others take too much out and mess up people's bodies. My doctor only took out 250cc's alltogether from my full abdomen and flanks. I know that 250 wasn't all fat and I'm hoping I'll be happy but only time will tell. If I'm not, I'm definitely going to get a revision, but I'd get a BBL because they have to suck out enough fat from everywhere to put it in your butt. I know I hate this waiting though. I'm not a patient person to begin with :/

I know there's mixed reviews so of course I'm thinking of the worst instead of the good. I have 3000cc's removed so it was a lot. I have my days where I feel like I see results so it's always up and down. I feel like I saw a difference in your pictures. You are also smaller than me so maybe that's why you didn't have so much taken out. I guess it's just a waiting game for us now. Hopefully we both end up happy.

I hope so! I know what you mean about the different days. Yesterday my stomach was way bigger. Don't know if it's because I was eating or what lol. But this morning I woke up and it went down. Idk. A few people have said just stay away from the mirror lol!!! I'm going to try not to even think too much about it until the 4 month mark, but it's hard not to :/

Tomorrow finally marks a week since I've had the smartlipo done. All of the incisions are closed and not much pain only when moving certain ways but it's definitely bearable, nothing bad at all. Also still very swollen. Can't wait for that to go away. Some days it's worse and others I feel like I can finally see a difference. Also some bruising especially by my underarms which was badly bruised from the start. Taking off the compression garment only to shower and it feels so weird, like everything is all jiggly so I get happy to put it back on. I can't wait to see final results. Definitely very frustrating that it doesn't happen right away but that's just the process.
