Ok, I know I mentioned it was not painful which was true until the 8th days. I couldn't walk, I honestly thought I was giving birth to something annoying painful type of labor. After Sunday it was been pretty good no more pain, I'm walking again. After I had it done I was feeling tired, sweating so much and had lost stool. I learn everyone disposed of it differently. I can see my skin is less prune like looking. So far I'm liking the results, I have to mention I stopped exercise, couldn't walk far. Here's some pictures

It had been one week since I have my coolsculpting done. I'm still having cramp like contraction but nothing I can't handle. I think I see change but I'm think it's because I'm worried. I haven't exercise much. I have to see I'm still feeling bloated not sure what to do with that.

Like so many reviews where they had terrible pains, it's different for me, nothing to bad, it feels like I'm having contraction. Both side and middle section is a bit num,but I can still massage that area. I'm able to sleep now the second day I couldn't sleep. I wake up thinking I had some type of bug in me. Nothing major to report I will post pictures. You can see in the pictures I'm bruised and bloated.
