I am a 40 yr old Mom of 3 who breast fed way too long ! 4 doctors said I was so saggy I needed a lift but as a mammographer I knew at my age I would probably getting a revision in 10 years and would cross that bridge later .Finally got my silocone implants from the amazing Dr. Hein . She was the only one to listen to me that I did not want a lift even though I probably needed one . I will in the future ,but for now , as a mammographer I personally do not want the scars at my age .

You look great! So interesting how everyone takes different paths. We have similar age and lactation hx. I was so done with saggy boobs. My initial plan was lift and small implant. I didn't end up with the implant. Wondering if I will ultimately be satisfied when I lose the upper pole fullness.

Hi I'm also 40 and decided against a lift! You look amazing you really did not need a lift. You must be so pleased! X

So do you have any scars? I'm not sure I understand how they did the implants then
May 17, 2017
Yes I have scars underneath where the implant was put in. Over time , my natural breast tissue may hang off the implant because I did not get a lift . Probably 5 years or so from what I've seen in my line of work . I will address the lift issue then . I will post some pics in a little bit of my scars from the implants (425 cc mentor under the muscle )

I have been dreaming of doing this for the last few years! If i do i will be sure to share my story with real self. Were you worried about complications at all? I also will need twilight anesthesia because theres no way i will have the neeve to fo under gemeral!

I was SUPER worried having never been under general anesthesia before. I had my BA 4 days ago and I can say I’d totally do it again. I was given a Xanax to take before I left the house, along with Aprepitate to prevent nausea. I really had no anxiety at the hospital-and I’m a needlephobe who they stuck three times for an IV (I asked for lidocaine before each time). Just prior to going to the OR they gave me 2mg of Versed and the last thing I remember was shimmying over to the OR table and then waking up in recovery needing to pee. I’ve had twilight anesthesia done before and I think I’d have been freaking out the whole time -even if I didn’t remember it after. good luck and go for it!!

My surgery was yesterday and I am really swollen up to my collarbone. You don't look swollen at all! How did they do that???
May 27, 2017
Today and tomorrrow will be the worst as far as pain goes. Did you go under or over the muscle ? I found that Motrin was far better than anything at reducing the swelling .
May 27, 2017
I don't have a ton of pain. I'm doing extra strenght Tylenol and muscle relaxers. I'm icing as well. The sad thing is, I like the swollen look! Hahaha! Hope the swelling doesn't go down too much.

You look amazing! I hope to have your results! How tall are you? I am 5'8" and am thinking I need at least 450 cc's to fill out my saggy pockets.

May 21, 2017

wow you look fabulous girl, I love the natural droop! I can't wait until mine drop and fluff as well!

What grade of ptosis did you have preop? It's challenging to tell in your preop pic. I agree, don't want the vertical scars either and your results are seriously amazing without the lift! You look incredible!
