After 2 aggressive Fractora RF treatments under anesthesia, peri-oral area still shows no improvement. 1st tx whole face.2nd tx perioral only. $3600 later. I won't continue tx even though I know it could take more to show results. I thought I would see SOME change by now. Incredibly disappointed....

Fractora ruined skin on my face. (Under eyes) My surgeon told me that he did not want to proceed with a lower bleph after I was having pre-surgical bruising due to low blood counts. He suggested that he try Fractora along with fat transfer & CO2. The CO2 did wonders for the rest of my face...but my eyes, circles (tear trough) are worse. I don't have another 6k to fix this so I am stuck. I totally feel for you.
Any better yet? Shouldn’t he have known to be extra careful around eyes where skin is thinner?
I had NO results from factora either. Biggest waste of money.
I’ve performed over 560 Fractora treatments and the best results I’ve obtained were when i combined multiple needles and treatment settings simultaneously. I have had really good success for perioral lines when using the 60 pin tip immediately after the 24 pin tip.
Your upper lip looks fuller
I also see improvement, before the lines were very deep, they are better now.
