Why It's J SPA or NOTHING!!!

About a week & half ago I had a Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing treatment at J SPA Medical Day Spa with Dr. Sean Alemi...let me first begin with the results....
Considering I had this procedure first done five years ago...& my results were so DRAMATIC that I was able to comfortably STOP wearing daily foundation (which was still "in effect" up until the day of my "refresher" treatment) with the BONUS of my overall skin's appearance taking me back about 10 years (my mom's quote after my first fraxel "THE BEST THING YOU EVER DID FOR YOURSELF")...to say my expectations were HIGH is an "understatement"...& my current treatment's results did NOT disappoint (& this time I added in my neck & a PRP treatment & loveeeed it!!!:) )...but, as THRILLED as I am with my "already" smooth, bright, rejuvenated, virtually poreless skin, (which, from experience, I KNOW, will only get BETTER in the coming weeks!!) as a result of, not "just" the laser itself,  but, PRIMARILY, due to Dr. Alemi's meticulous & thoughtful application coupled with his skill & knowledge that LITERALLY, once again, REJUVENATED my dulled, rough-ish textured with very enlarged pores (which is just my genetics...ALWAYS been a struggle) but that said, even with these remarkable results, it's NOT of the up most significance...
So what is...??? 
As if turning 40 in the midst of the "covid pandemic" wasn't HARD enough, I personally, was working through some health "issues" (as a result of my consecutive fitness competitions) leaving me feeling pretty TERRIBLE (in every way)...thankfully, slowly, my body "normalized" but STILL I was feeling "OFF"...first on my agenda was my damaged, progressively "thinning" hair (please see my previous review)...next, came my skin...now, I PERSONALLY, am against injectables of any kind (please note, this is just MY personal preference...based on my "intimate" personal journey to work towards TRULY becoming "comfortable" in my own skin...simply put...I stand by being "PRO SCALPEL")...keeping all this in mind & knowing my current extra VOLUNERABLE "state of mind" coupled with the current financial "crisis" our economy is facing...I was so very THANKFUL to be a long time patient of J SPA,..although this would be my first time seeing Dr. Alemi (initially for my PRP hair treatments)... 
To make a long story short,..even before my first appointment had ended I could  "feel" all the EMPOWERING care, compassion & genuine kindness that I had felt blessed to have received 5 years ago from Dr. Andrew Jacono...all those INVALUABLE "things" that separate J SPA from the "rest"...how throughout all my years I never felt pressured or (& this must be said) "BAITED" to forgo my personal beliefs & "just take a taste"...
To illustrate my point...at my second PRP hair treatment (still struggling with the reflection looking back at me...) I ask Dr. Alemi...do you think I need something (???) "more"...with such a gentle warmth...he responded...once we get your skin "glowing" again & as your hair continues to "thrive", I think you are going to be VERY HAPPY...& then went on to sympathize by talking about how,..in their own way, men & women "alike",..WE ALL have our "struggles"... I went home to tell my sister HOW much his honestly, openness & encouragement LIFTED my spirits...my sister responded...so HAPPY you asked...since you weren't "hearing" me...
If that, in and of itself, isn't PRICELESS...add in, having the privilege of a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON  administering your procedure &&&& (THE HIDDEN DIAMOND!!!) having the OPPORTUNITY to build TRUST and establish a honest, mutual understanding of "your" personal esthetics (ei. for myself, the importance of me holding onto my "identity" by focusing on "fighting back" & eventually "RESTORING" (NOT CHANGING), what I think of as, those THIEVES & MANIPULATORS, "time & gravity",..trying to "ROB US" of what is most dearest..."our very sense of self"  by playing the worst "MIND GAME" of all...doing all they can, so that we can NO longer even "look" ourselves in the mirror without thinking..."who is that??"...in turn, affecting us NOT only physically, but mentally & emotionally...
How do you get to "that" point???...simply put,..by forming & over time growing comfortable & open relations with a "surgeon" who, when the time comes, has the knowledge, training, skill & talent to TAKE YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL,..making J SPA not only my "first" choice but MY forever "ONLY" choice...MY FOREVER "SAFE" PLACE...
By the way...I didn't just "think this up" & am crossing my fingers...this is the very path that lead my sister & I to CONFIDENTIALLY & ENTHUSIASTICALLY (I can still recall "skipping" into surgery) to go under the knife, with Dr. Andrew Jacono 4 years ago for our revision nose jobs that, still to this day, bring smiles to our faces, as they "literally" TAKE OUR BREATH AWAY...fyi...it took me 17 years & my sister 23 years to FEEL "that" necessary TRUST...
Enclosing, I just have to send a MASSIVE Thank You to Dr. Andrew Jacono for what must have been a tremendous effort to seek out such an accomplished, talented, skilled, genuine, truly caring, honest & "down to earth" (it's like going to see "a good friend") surgeon & then, as only true "GREATNESS" would do, go on to selflessly share his "revolutionary knowledge and cutting edge expertise" by training & nuturing Dr. Alemi to carry on his LEGACY at J SPA, there by, enabling "us" (even at our most volunerable state's) to "be" our  BEST INDIVIDUALLY UNIQUE SELVES (inside & out)...walking out of my first appointment...(as I giggled to myself), I couldn't help but think...BUT OF COURSE...ONLY THE BEST FOR DR. JACONO'S BABY...
So thankful 2021 is kicking off full of optimism & hope...filling me with "energy" to eagerly begin to set some healthy "GOALS" (after "learning" from my mistakes...proving, once again, in most cases "LESS IS MORE") ... especially after a TERRIBLY painful "fall" back in August of 2019...one, that was so bad, there were moment's I thought I would never be able to pick myself back up again (this was after my last competition)...as I write this review,...I'm so incredibly thankful to FINALLY be feeling "good" about myself (in every way) again...and I would have NEVER gotten to this point without J Spa's care, compassion, expertise, knowledge & genuine "desire" to WANT to help me TRULY "be" my BEST SELF, inside & out!!! WHAT A SPECIAL TEAM!!!!
