Fractional CO2 Laser Post OP Day 5 - Healing OK?
Hi, I had my fractional CO2 laser treatment on my full face last week Thursday. Highest intensity (using SMARTSKIN laser) on mid section of the face, lower intensity on forehead and above/under eyes.
Below pictures show progression of healing. Evening after procedure with Bepanthen / Aquaphor on. Day 1 - 5 post OP.
I still see vertical lines on the forehead and blotchy red areas all over my face. When on a webcam meeting it looks even worse than on the picture added here.
Question is if these will subside quickly or if this is the redness that will stay for weeks/ months like I read everywhere?
And if this is still part of the initial healing process, how many days may it take until these blotches will even out and the streaks are not visible anymore? Thanks for sharing your experience.
