55 Yr Old Post Menopause 7 Yrs with Severe Atrophy Endometriosim

I went thru menopause at 47 yrs and had minor breast cancer at 49 yrs and was told not to take any hormones vitamins anything what so ever. Well, now Ive been suffering painful intercourse & dryness for several years, tried over counter lube. Nothing helped, I can no longer have intercourse due to ATROPHY which is causing issues in Bedroom. I was and am desperate, so went to Gyno and they prescribed Estrodiol .o1% cream to put in vagina twice a week. I recieved 5 yr breast cancer clearance, so DR said cream is only targeted in Vaginal walls. Well, after 6 months really no grand improvement, so they prescribed IntraRosa Prasterone 6.5mg suppossitories NIGHTLy. Well, this was not only messy, I think the discharge from the medicine affected my Bladder and I started having frequent UTI symptoms even two bladder infections. I stopped the Intrarosa medicine. So, My husband and I decided to try the MonaLisa Touch, I read it should not be painful, but low and behold It was the most painful experience. First the Dr could not get the [RS bleep] like applicator inside me far enough to complete procedure and I was Screaming with pain. I had to come back the next day pumped full of Valium, motrin, muscle relaxer and we got thru the procedure, But, It was still very PAINFUL due to my severe ATROPHY. I was told to wait the 48 hrs, but otherwise no limitations. I was prescribed dialators and vaginal valium to practice stretching out my vagina. After 5 weeks passed, I was still spotting BLOOD (have not spoted blood in 7 yrs) & discharge, so, I went to my regular Gyno who did NOT preform the procedure and they checked me and saw a Burnt Lesion from the Monalisa on my upper vaginal wall and told me to put the estrodiol cream in to stop the bleeding for 1 week. 6 days later I was sitting in a nail salon chair for two hours and got up to use restroom And I started Hemorrhaging non-stop. I ended up in the ER hemorrhaging for 7 hours straight before they plugged me up after losing tons of blood ( now severely anemic). It ends up The Monalisa Touch Laser frequency was TOO high a frequency for my Severe Atrophy, and burned a hole thru my vaginal wall. Im still healing ONE month later and have been getting checked by gyno every week trying to get clearance for more Activity. My journey has hit a roadblock, but Im hoping to get a second treatment at a lower frequency in a few months and if I get thru the next treatment I will space out further treatment every couple months.
