I am a 31 year old mother of 3 children my first born passed after a liver and intestine transplant in 99 at UCLA .The roughest part of my life! I now have a 10 year old son and a 3 1/2 year old super energetic non-stop little girl. I am married 8 years this May to a wonderful husband. I have always been up in down in weight especially with pregnancies, way to much weight gain each time, 50 to 60 lbs. I wish I was more disciplined when I was pregnant. I been a stay at home mom ever sense my youngest girl Averie was born. I am now ready to get back to work real soon and decided if I am ever going to get a mommy makeover now is the time. Because getting 4 to 6 weeks off work is not easy unless you worked somewhere for awhile. My breast were extremely saggy and my stomach as well. I wanted more confidence and more than anything breast that stand up!! I breast feed my kids for almost 2 years each and with going up in down in weight all my life it was time! I had my mommy makeover march 20, 2013 at 8am. I had a extended tummy tuck lipo suction to waist and lower back area. I also had a full breast lift with saline implants 650 cc. My surgery ended up being 7 hours. I was a bleeder. My blood way extremely thin and the surgeon had to stop through out the surgery to dry the oozing blood. I know gross!! I did all he told me, stopped birth control, alcohol, fish oil. weeks before surgery. The only thing I could think of days later after surgery was I was juicing. I realized that this thins the blood witch is good but not before surgery! Yikes if I only knew! I was extremely swollen after surgery and could not stay awake!! when I got home I tried to lay in my bed popped up of course. That was a HUGE mistake and so painful! so off to the recliner I went. That is the best for you in the first week after surgery! RECLINER! Was not easy but the only way to sleep without hurting yourself. Make sure you have Kleenex, you will be a ball of emotions! Don't worry this is normal! Make sure you have lots of pillows! You will need this for your back arms and underneath your knees to take pressure off your stomach muscles and chest also. It was a long first 8 days! I was getting very uncomfortable on the recliner and my back in the middle of the night was giving out. The garmets as well around your belly and chest make you want to scream at times! but just try and breath through it! My first shower was not easy, this way day 4 make sure you have a rubber band around your neck and let it dangle. Not a normal rubber band, the big ones you exercise with. This way you can hook your drains on this while showering. You will need someone to help you! Day 6 I had another shower with my mothers help and almost fainted. Keep a chair near when you get out of the shower to get dry and fresh bandages.. FINALLY on day 9 I decided I was ready to give my bed a shot again. With all pillows In place it was a success! I sleep so GOOD! I was so happy I could cry when I sleep in my bed! You just have to be sure when you get up, to roll on your side and let your legs dangle off the side of your bed and slowly let your legs guide you down and slowly bring your self up. This is even easier with help. You will definitely need help the first week getting up in down and help adjusting your pillows. Also Water, Water, water!! keep hydrated. I loved mine with lemon! lots of fruit and protein. Healthy protein! I am now on day 9 and feel so much better today! It felt amazing to be back in my own bed. It is not easy because you can not do any house work and tire easily for the first 3 weeks! The toughest part is not being able to care for my daughter the way she needs! You must remain slouched for proper healing. You just try and tell yourself this is temporary. Soon you will be yourself again, hopefully a more happy confident self!!

Woke back up feeling great. did a little light cleaning, I know not really allowed to but couldn't help it. I do feel more and more mobile daily! Showered by myself for the first time last night!!!!
