I have been wanting breast implants for about two years now. After looking at hundreds of doctors online and a handful in person I finally found Dr.Afifi and I knew that she would be able to give me the results I want. I have my pre-operative appointment for the 5th. I am so excited!

I'm 5'6, 140lbs and though my appearance and frame look thin, I am extremely unhappy with my midsection after having two kids. Even though I work out and eat somewhat healthy I've not been able to get that pre-baby body back. My butt seems to get flatter when I do lose weight and at this point I figured I just need the help of a skilled surgeon. Also after having a baby my breast are not as firm. I'm currently a 36cbut I am looking to have a large D cup or a small double D (according to Afifi that doesn't exist lol). After my consultation I felt 100% percent about the BBL but a bit confused on the type of implant and whether it should be under/over the muscle. I hope to clear this up during my pre-op appointment. I do not want natural laying breast I am looking for the "fake look". I love breasts that sit up high and that are more circular than oval shaped. Afifi spoke to me more about Saline implants under the muscle. She recommended 600cc to 650cc for the look that I want. Does anyone have any experience with saline or silicone?

Good luck to ya cause this recovery is hell!! I only did Lipo to abs back n bbl and I don't know how those girls,do it that do it all at once

My friend had a BBL and two days after surgery she said she was really second guessing if she had made the right choice. She said she was so uncomfortable and sore. I was tajen vaca Buy her comentarios beca use I Inés Joe hyped up she was about it. 4 weeks later I saw her and she salud she was so Happy she did it. Her advine to me is to prepare for the emotional rollercoaster. I just saw her 6 weeks post op and her butt is amazing. It's nice and firm.. I was so surprised! When I first saw her after surgery I thought man this dr didn't do much to change her figure but now weeks later her body is on point. What pain medicine are you taking ? Because I am planning on asking her for top shelf medical prescription.

Honestly she only prescribed me hydrocodone which does nothing for me..I've been takin extra strength Tylenol which helped me just fine..on my 5th day post op and feelin good..its just a pain in the bootay not being able to sit..even to have a normal convo with someone but price of beauty right ;*),... I had ? Ur friend tht had her bbl recently, sis she feel like her butt was disappearing or went down a lot 5th day post op?

I too am planning on getting my bbl with my breast implants (with lift).. I dont know which type pf implant im going for but i also want fake look but not too fake..Lost my [RS bleep] and ass after my 60+ lb weigh loss n trusting dr salzhauer to give me final touch :) will be following your journey.. :)

Hey girl ..congrats again for your upcoming surgery!! Had a question , your friend who recently had her bbl , how long did she go with out sitting?? Our doc says 2 weeks of no sitting however so many girls on this website don't sit til after 6 weeks ;? ..I'm conflicted cause i trust our doc but want the best results possible as well.

She was swollen for the 1st two weeks and you couldn't really tell what was what.

I have 421cc silicone implants behind the muscle, I love them lol they feel like jelly and are more natural looking than the saline

What bra size are you with 421 silicone? How was your recovery after the implants? I just saw your page and you have awesome results! Though I do agree that one size is rounder than the other but overall your butt shape is gorgeous and it goes very well with your body shape. Congratulations!

I was a 34c before now I'm a 30G lol the first 3 days were painful after that just a little sore and at 2 weeks I felt like I had them forever! Thanks love! It's only been 2 weeks but hopefully the swelling goes down soon on that one side lol

Did your bra size got up that much just with the implants?

Yea they went up like 4 cup sizes, a G is like DDDD, and the band that goes around is 30, the implants also made my boobs sit up higher
