3 years post. Happy I did it. Gave me a good shape. Some of the lipo to the inner thighs I had corrected by other surgeon but mostly because I’m picky. He gave me a natural and rounder butt. The recovery was brutal though

Ok so I had my consultation yesterday with Dr. Beck and I booked my procedure for the 29 of this month. I'm feeling very nervous. I'm hoping my recovery won't be too terrible. Im hoping to get feedback from others on tips(arnica tablets for bruising). What kind of things should I stock up with in the house. Thank you.
