After having a daughter prematurely & using an industrial strength pump on the breasts it was time for a redo. I debated for a yr & a half & finally went through with it. I was tired of the rock hard, scar tissue, & capsular contraction. I've been in quite a bit of pain & feel like an elephant is on my chest.
I'll post before and after photos as I go a long. Today is post op day 3 and I have done very little expect walk around every couple hours.
My question is "when is the pain going to subside?" Ugh!! My post op appt is Tomorrow & I can't wait.

Today was much better than yesterday & getting that heavy surgical tape off my chest feels tons better. I still have the drains so I hope they come out post op appt 2 this Friday. I did get to see them & they look great so far. I'm still sore & taking it easy, thankfully I'm off all week for Thanksgiving holiday. I'll post some updated pics in a few days.

Thanks for posting! Why did you decide to switch from saline to silicone? Good luck with your recovery!!

I had a lot of hardening, scar tissue, capsular contraction, etc. I used breast pump for 5 months while daughter was in NICU. My tissue/skin is thin so I went w/the gummy bear implants that won't move a lot & will stay in the pocket better w/o gravity taking effect. I'm 5 days out will post a new pic today. Thanks for your comment, recovery gets a little better every day.
