I'm a 38 yr old, mother of 3 (21, 20 & 12). I'm currently a small, saggy 34b hoping for a small d. Plus, the lil girls look like the belong on two different people, there's an obvious difference in the two. The same size would be fabulous lol!! I think a D cup look ok with my frame, when I breastfed my youngest I was a D cup and was pretty happy with the size. I'm 5 ft 5 in and weight roughly 138 lbs. I'm leaning towards 400cc, silicone, unders but am unsure about the profile.
I've had my first appointment with Dr. Robert Anderson and I absolutely love him. Professional, knowledgable, caring, took his time w me, etc... He made me extremely comfortable. The plan is mid February 2014 for new boobies!! ????

Good luck Im one day after feel great and LOVE the results.... I was so sacred prior I almost left the surgery center. Thank God I did not... swollen a bit achy but , with meds not much pain , must slow down a bit but very very happy even worked a bit from home today... Love the result so far.

Congrats on your new additions and happy to hear things have gone well :-). I'm still in the excitement, can't wait stage, nerves haven't set in yet I'm sure because I have a lil while to go. I'll probably be a basket case right before lol!! I'll be following your recovery :-)

Same to you star1692!! It's exciting and nerve racking at the same time. This site is amazing! It seems to cover every size, pros, cons, recovery, etc... That anyone can think of. Looking forward to following your progress :-)

I'm bigger then average... Wear a 40b super padded bra.. Which are crazy hard to find!! I'm 6'1 205... Basically no boobs what so ever. Has always been a huge embarrassment!!! Not fond of my large size either.. ;( that's why he suggested 550cc's to give me a full C cup!! I'm hoping to be a D but he said since I'm getting overs that I will probably end up a D with that.

Obsessed with size!! So hard to decide
I feel like I have looked at every boob I can find lol!! I wake up thinking about boobs and go to sleep thinking about boobs!! Before I found this site I was thinking 375cc. I then did some more research, found real self and thought I'd decided on about 400cc (I know it's not much difference) now after more research, more boob pictures, playing with rice sizers, opinions from my boyfriend and friends, etc... I'm up to 450cc. I have a 2nd appointment w the PS in a little over a week and I'm hoping he will give me an idea of what he thinks my frame/measurements can take and will give me the look I'm after.

Good luck on the size decision! I know it can be nerve-wracking. I really had no idea what I would need to fill my lost volume back up. I was so deflated, an A cup as far as tissue but a B cup because of width, not that I wore real bras, they were so uncomfortable, I wore sport bras and shelf camis. My PS recommended 575cc which sounded huge but I had promised myself I would not walk into my consult saying I had to have this or that. He's the one that does this, and I was confident in him knowing what I wanted to achieve! I had thought mod+ profile and he agreed. So I ended up with silicone, round, smooth, 575cc, mod+ and I couldn't be happier! I love them! Check out my review, and I will be following your journey! All the best to you!

My appt is on Tuesday, im trying to be patient but as usual I am consumed with thoughts of boobs lol!! I think once I hear my dr's recommendation regarding size/profile/etc... I will feel a little more relaxed. He is the expert in this :-). I will have to go in a week before the surgery for pre op work and final sizing however I'm a planner, list maker, organizer, etc... I need longer than a week to prepare myself for the fact that I'm getting boobs and they will be abt this size so hopefully I will have a better idea after Tuesday :-).

As you can tell from my review I am a planner and list maker too! lol! You will feel much calmer after your appt I bet!

Rice boobs
After reading an answer posted to my question regarding size from a doc I kinda freaked a lil but am better today. My appt w my Doc can't come soon enough. I want to hear what he has to say about size. Thought I'd post a couple of pics w 450cc rice sizers... I'm quite partial to them :-)

The size of the rice sizes defo suits your frame Hun I'd go 450cc if that's the result your going 2 get!! Good luck xx

Thank you for taking the time to start your journey on RealSelf! It sounds like you have done your research and are happy with your PS and a possible implant size. Do you have an actual surgery date for mid February? You can add the date in the heading of your review so you can see a countdown to surgery along side your review updates. Keep us posted on any new info!
Sounds like a great plan! Here are some questions to add to your list for your consult. You may also want to take in some "wish boob" photos to share with your PS. Good luck and keep us posted!
