I initially was not planning on writing a review, but this site has been a godsend for me so I figured I owed it y'all to share my story! I had my surgery yesterday (2/12/16) and ended up with 360cc SRM Natrelle Inspiras. My pre-BA size was about a 34b and I am expecting a small D after the everything is said and done. I'll keep y'all updated on my recovery!!

Today is the day after my post op and it hasn't been the easiest recovery. My saving grace (besides my pain killers and muscle relaxers) has been my wedge pillow and ice packs. I'm not in too much pain- it's more of a sore and tight feeling. I'm thinking the majority of my discomfort is due to the fact that my implants are under the muscle. I still have a long road of recovery, but I'm loving them so far!

Hi there! We have a very similar story. I had my surgery on the 11th. I got the SRF 385 under the muscle. I've had my ups and downs with pain. I am told it does get better. I totally agree with you that the wedge, ice packs and muscle relaxers are life savers. I'll continue to follow your journey. You look great so far!

Hey girl!! Glad to hear you are doing well too. I woke up today feeling so much better. Right now my main problem is the bloating.. Ugh it's awful!! And my implants are still sitting pretty high on my chest which is annoying but I've heard it's normal :) guess that's what the stabilizer band (aka torture device) is for! Haha

I completely agree with you about the bloating! It is worse than the pain in my chest. I found that prune juice and colace has helped quite a bit. That and drinking tons of water. Looking forward to seeing your continued progress.

Hang in there! and just breath.....I would like to know the pain range from 1 to 10? I am having a consultation on Monday not sure if I can do it. I am really researching about future expenses that this may bring and not sure if it's worth maintaining the cost. Is like buying a car that loses value over time lol... But i am still wishing I had big breast, Your brave and they look great on you, not too big but not too small is the way I would like to have them done.

Thank you!! I'm very pleased with the size. The pain was really bad for me on days 2 and 3. And in the evening on day 4. I would say probably a 7 out of 10. To be completely honest, the tightness and pressure were worse for me than the pain from surgery. I felt like my boobs were going to explode. I'm 5 days post op today and feeling so much better. Good luck at your consultation! Let me know how it goes!

Great results so far , I'm happy for you!! Hope you have a smooth recovery :) we have similar stats and i look forward to your updates & progress !! I've had 3 different consults and decided to go with my 3rd choice. my consult with him I told him I wanted like 400cc and with the implants he uses allergan natrelle the high profile has 390cc, but I would like to go a bit bigger so I have no regrets :) I tried on the sizers at my 1st consult with a different Dr , initially I loved the 550cc but i think that'll be way too big for me at 5'1 130 lbs. 34B currently , and after seeing so many reviews. Now I'm leaning towards the 450cc . I was scheduled for March 3rd but had to change it to April 7th this year, which was a little disappointing but I'm just happy it's finally happening although I feel so guilty about spending so much money on myself having a family with 4 kids. But trust me I'm not one that spends all our money on myself, my family ALWAYS comes first . The dear hubby was more than happy to let me do this since I've always been self conscious in that area. Sorry for rambling, keep us updated :)

Girl I completely get it!! It's a big chunk of change to drop on yourself. In the days/weeks leading up to my surgery I kept on thinking to myself "do I REALLY need this?" The answer is YES. Sometimes you have to spoil yourself! My husband has been wonderful through this too. Sounds like we both hit the hubby jackpot :) As far as the sizing goes.. I would honestly leave it up to your surgeon! It's his/her area of expertise. My surgeon actually had 3 sizes (330, 345, & 360) and told me he was going to decide in the operating room which size looked best on me. I originally wanted 400's but he told me at my first consultation that those would be too big for my frame. He ended up going with the 360 which I was so excited about!! My boobs look pretty weird right now since they are sitting so high on my chest, but I can already tell I'm going to love them. I'll keep you posted on my progress!!
