Finally got my body back! - Fort Wayne, IN

Well here I am a little over 3 months after surgery and I am still swelling like crazy. I've had multiple stitches come out along my incision line, and let me say that those freaking hurt. I hate all the swelling, but I'm not going to worry too much about that just yet..I have to keep telling myself to be patient! My boobs are doing pretty good, they change all the time and they are still sore. I still have soreness on my flanks from the lipo too. My tummy is still numb over the majority of it. I am still not doing any chest exercises and I go very light on the abs. So far I'm pretty happy, just can't wait for the swelling to subside, but in due time I know!

I had my 8 week check up yesterday and everything went great. Dr said everything looks really good, he even thought my toes and my ring were cute..hehe.

I'm all cleared for everything, there are no longer any restrictions. Although that happened at 6 weeks. I'm still taking it easy on my abs and I'm not doing any chest, I'm listening to my body and it says those aren't ready yet. I'll try to get some pictures posted soon, it's been awhile since I've taken any.

I went all day without my spanx, to work and to the gym. I haven't swollen nearly as bad as I thought that I would. I am still going to wear my binder to bed, I just like how it feels. I have finally been buying some clothes, and I must say, I really like the way I am fitting into clothes, it's so nice not having the excess stomach hanging out anymore.
