Feeling sore and tired today, but better than I was yesterday. Tonight is the night I can finally take a real shower and take my dressings off and change them. They look all mangled to me but they are healing perfect, I go back to the dr Wednesday afternoon. Hope everyone has a blessed week!

Take an anti allergy pill for itching, if you are on antibiotics the itching can be a reaction to them. Also once you get off pain meds you will feel better. congratulations on making to to the smaller side

I am looking for a great PS for BR with lift in south Florida, (between Miami and PBG). Have three doctors in mind, but would love to hear from someone that actually had done it and would highly recommend. This website is great! Thank you all so much for sharing information in detail!

The itching is killing me!

ms.hunter13
I'm 3 days post-op and I itch soooo bad! My under stitches itch! The rest feels sore and swollen and still pretty hard. They look good, perky, and I'm excited to see them completely done. I'm still taking pain meds, and switched to tylonol PM to sleep. Still going back to work for a half day Wednesday, I feel good just get dizzy and tired quick.

I think I saw someone mention that you could take Benadryl for the itching, but I would make sure with my PS to make sure. I also saw a review where a lady used clean socks and just rubbed it. I hope this helped a little.

Yeah check with ps but hey if you need pain killers or any meds and the ps gives them to you take them use them why suffer in the end it helps you recover quicker,no need for here's here it's about looking after yourself, and you may find after work you will need something,I have had nothing for over a week,I'm day 19 having a bad day today emotionally due to a bad cough and I'm in a huge amount of discomfort, wasn't going to take a pain killer but thought why suffer, took one about 20 mins ago and so nice no pain and I think I can actually get some sleep as have not slept for three nights, your body you do what feels right for you. Glad to know you are happy with your surgery ! Just remember to take time and let yourself heal ! Peedie said it takes about 4 MONTHS for the Swelling to go away and also about a YEAR to see the Final results.
