53 Years Old, Saggy "C" Cup. 5'5" Size 14 - Fort Wayne, IN

I've been thinking about it for years and decided this is my year. Happily divorced after 27 years and ready for all life has to offer. I chose Dr Matt Schambaugh in Ft Wayne, IN. He did a tummy tuck 9 years ago and I have confidence in him. He is very kind and patient.
My breasts look fine dressed but naked. ..not good. Deflated and saggy from weight gain/loss and breast-feeding 3 babies.
I have done tons of research and have finally decided on 350 ml gel inserts. Getting a lift, too, and I have asked Dr Schambaugh to liposuction and excise the fat roll "side boobs" that spill over the side of my bra under my arms. Gross. Another scar but this excess fat drives me crazy so I'm ok with the extra scar. I want my bra and clothes to look/fit better.
I know the inserts will be placed under the muscle wall but haven't decided on the shape and profile. I go in March 20th for my final appt before surgery and will hopefully be able to decide then.
I have also decided to get a brow lift since I'm already going to be on the table. I'm very excited about this, too, and can't wait to see the final results. I look a bit younger than my actual age and I think a brow lift will be fabulous. My forehead and eyes are a bit saggy so I think I'm gonna be thrilled!

I'm so excited for breast lift and brow lift!! $ paid ($12,000) and I'm doing this! 6 hours of surgery but hoping the results will be great!

I forgot to say that I chose a larger insert than I thought I would. 475 cc mid-profile. Turns out, they have to fill the chest and won't jut straight out. I don't want HUGE boobs but I need them to fill the chest properly. More to come! !
