I can not believe the results! Still wearing the binder. Spanks if we are going out. No pain. While I am not ready to run a marathon, I feel normal most of the time! If I over extend or bend to far, I am reminded not to. ;-) it's just right.
Overall? 100% would do it again !

I can't believe it's been 5 weeks. Still wearing binder. Not 100% back to normal activities. But feel great!
