I am a 49 yo male, I had a facelift 3 years ago, short scar lift with incisions in front of the ears. It improved my jowls but did not last very long and left me some noticeable scars in front of my ears (having short hair doesn’t help). Fortunately, I went to Dr. Prendiville for a revision. I found him after looking at thousands of facelift photos and Reading many many reviews like the one I am writing now, and I want to explain very well to help people to help them making the right decision.
Last year I visited 3 of the best facelift doctors in Florida for a revision, and two of them told me I did not have enough laxity in the skin for a revision, and to come back next year. The third one insisted in the incision in front of the ear which I don’t like ( it is also visible the first 3 months before healing).
I almost changed my mind about having the revision but I already had one last appointment set before taking my plane to come back, it was October 2015. So, I went to Ft Myers to Dr. Prendiville, He saw my face and immediately told me that I have enough laxity and revision was not a problem, I had many doubts at that time but I decided for surgery on November 17th. Another reason I made up my mind is the doctor diplomas.
I am very very happy with the surgery, he is very good at hiding the scars, my facial problems are solved and I am a new person. Dr Prendiville, I believe is one of the best facial plastic surgeons in USA, I saw many photos of Beverly Hills famous doctors that are not as good as he is. He was born with a skill and he got the right training in the right schools. He and his wife (Tehjan and him are a team) are also both very humble with a warm personality, they are down to earth and giving people. Never had to wait more than 3 minutes in any of the appointments, his staff is great also, and Pam is the great nurse that helped me at my healing at the hotel, she was very helpful.
Facelift are not like any other plastic surgery, if you don’t get the right surgeon, don’t do it.
