After 37 years of breast implants I decided it was time to have them removed they began to bother me. I found the realself website and found I was not alone in this. I began reading comments from their website and felt very comfortable with going ahead with my explant. I found a plastic surgeon on realself site that had good reviews and I went for a consultation. It has been three weeks now since removal and I know I did the right thing!!!

I am also looking for a surgeon to get my explant ASAP and didn’t realize Ft Myers had surgeons that specialized in it. I booked a consult on the east coast but maybe I will book one with Dr Brueck also. What is his average price for explant only? No lift

I had my explant in May by Dr Rankin in Jupiter, FL. It’s a 3hr drive from Ft Myers but worth it. He did an amazing job and did proper explant by removing all the capsule. I feel 100 times better.
