Ok, I'm officially in love with myself

I'm nearly 5 weeks PO and I freakin' love my boobs!!! Seriously, I just don't even know if I could be happier! I can't walk past a mirror without lifting my shirt for a peek.

I was never in "pain," just some minor discomfort. The biggest issues I've had were bloating for the first couple of weeks and my left nipple has been perpetually on alert and everything feels like it's scraping it, but that's getting better every day. They're dropping nicely, and they're nice and soft now. The best part is that my husband love them!

wow! you look great!--searching this site for info on dr.schneider- I am almost your age and really don't want to have to get a lift for sagging. did he suggest lift at all? and I am soooo curious about his incision choice? did dr, Schneider go through your armpit? his website states faster healing-just wondering if the scar shows more in armpit?--thanks for any advice you can offer on his procedure-including pricing.
Hi there! During my initial appointment with Dr. Schneider, he examined my breasts and determined that I had enough breast tissue so no lift would be necessary. And, yes, he went through the armpit. It's my understanding that he was a pioneer in this method, so he knows what he's doing! At almost 6 months after my surgery, you'd really have to look for any scars on me. Honestly, it's an easy-breezy procedure and I'm sure you'll be happy. Dr. Schneider and his staff are awesome!! I paid $5k start to finish. Worth every penny. Good luck to you!!

Day 5 PO, still feel a bit drained.

As requested, here's a little more info. I got Mentor smooth round moderate plus, saline, size 425cc, 480 cc fill. I've added a few pics. I really look like Arnold Swartzenager but I know they'll drop and fluff. You can see the right one is already a little lower. The bruising is actually a little better today, and I took off the tape because it was never drying from showering and I was freezing. My biggest question is when does this bloat stop. I feel like I'm 9 mos pregnant and it's not very attractive. Ick. I'm still pretty tired too. Went and got my hair done and had a mani/pedi and I'm wrecked! And I'm a little concerned about the lump in my clavicle too. Eek. Anybody else get that?

I've always wanted to do it, but was worried about the impact it would have on my multiple sclerosis. My daughter had a very nice consultation with Dr. Schneider for herself and convinced me to go talk to him. So my husband and I finally decided we're not getting any younger and to go for it. Did the tests, pre-op stuff and - BOOM - we have ta-tas! Of course, 3 days post op I'm not jumping for joy just yet (but my husband is). Other than having a backache from sleeping sitting up, having a huge(r) stomach, somehow hurting my clavicle joint, having swollen feet as well as boobies and a grumbly belly that just wants to poop, I'm fine ... Hahah. I'll add photos and updates later.
