Super numb would be a better explanation.... And very swollen.... BUT I LOVE IT!!! Dr. Prendiville you are a surgical genius!!!! And I love your staff :) :)

Girl! Let me just tell you how happy I am that I found your post about this doctor. I have been researching for months and looked into a doctor in New York Virginia and North Carolina. My previous rhinoplasty doctor had given me the name of one in Dallas as well. I've had my nose done twice! The first time was only for cosmetic reasons. I'm Italian and was born with a very large nose. Large on my profile and a bulbous tip. Both of my surgeries gave results that I am extremely unhappy with. I don't want to get married because I don't want to look at my nose in all of my wedding photos. I hate taking selfies, when people take pictures of me all I see is my nose. My nostrils flare and from the side my right one almost looks pointed on the outside. The middle part of my nose hangs down so from the side you can almost see in my nose! I absolutely hate it and want this to be my final surgery with results that make me extremely happy. This is ALL I think about! Anyway, I was just looking through some pictures from another doctor on the site and saw Dr. Prendiville who happens to be in the same town that I live in. So then I Googled him and came across your post. Can you offer any more information that might help me make my decision. Thank you so much! I'm stoked!

Put a little mascara on and even brushed my hair! Swelling is almost totally gone in my face, however I still have a small dark red bruise under my left eye and the slight yellow tinge of old bruising under both. The sutures around my nose are still very tender and red, but I'm hoping the scarring here will be pretty minimal as it was with my first go around. Over all, I feel great, excited to see the final outcome and get the tape off in a few days. It amazes me how fast our bodies can heal. Stay tuned :)
