I have lost a total of 10 pounds, i am currently 179. My measurements are 34-29.5-43 and i love it. I am still sore to touch on my thighs sides and flanks. I know my doctor was very aggressive in my flanks. I have had two massages, i had several lumps everywhere which my doc said was normal and a part of the draining process. Hi Ladies,
It's been 5 years since I had a tummy tuck and I have gained 30 pounds! My stomach is still flat but I wanted my rolls gone and a smaller waist. I went to Strax in Fort Lauderdale for 360 Lipo and I'm so happy I did! I lost 10 pounds and I am 2 weeks post op today. I am still sore and starting to develop hard spots. Most of my bruising is gone but I still have stitches in. I swear by arnica! I take the tablets and put the gel on my bruises twice a day. I am ready for another faja, I am currently in a large but I think I need a medium. two days post op my measurements were 38-34-46, today my waist is 30.5, and hips are a 43. My goal is for my waist to get to a 29 and my hips to remain.
