I'm pretty fit but had a stomach I couldn't get rid of. When I went they had specials going on. I was very nervous about going to strax because of reviews I read but my hair stylist went and had a good experience so I decided to go. When I went to my consultation the girls were very nice. I talked to dr. Hamm first but didnt really feel a good vibe. The financial woman thought dr. Dean would be a better fit. A month later I went to get the surgery. The process was fast and simple. They did a pregnancy test first. I was given antibiotics through iv. I was also given something to relax. On this day I met dr. Dean (crazy right). He was very gentle and I felt little to no pain. I am still recovering but I am very happy with the result. I look better than I expected. Tomorrow is my follow up appointment. I decide to do a review because I couldn't find a review on dr.Dean .

Today I went to Dr. Dean for post op. He gave me great advise . He told me to massage the areas and keep wearing the garment for 2 more weeks every day,after that just wear it during the day. I find that spanx are WAY more comfortable than the garments. Because my body is healing I am itching like hell. I went and bought cortisone cream to help. Tonight I noticed my skin is starting to flake. Again I'm very happy but I'm still healing. I will post photos but just been busy working and doing my mother duties. Also I forgot to mention I got the surgery done on a Friday and was able to go back to work Monday. I followed his advice massaged the areas. If felt soooooo good . I'm happy to answer any questions anyone my have.

Does the cortisone help? The itching sounds super annoying- hope it doesn't last too long!

Its helps alot. It doesn't itch all the time at night mostly.

Hi on the 1st day of surgery how did the year numb u and doing the process did it hurt and basically did u hurt a whole lot and I been reading that my stomach will be hard and lumpy is that true? And the garment do they wrap up before u leave and once u get home is there a lot bleeding?

They gave me something orally and shots before. If o was in any pain during they would give me another shot. Yes my stomach was extremely hard. To avoid the lumpy stomach you must get massages and wear your garment. Yes they wrap you up before you leave and put the garment on for you. The first day was some a lot of bleeding. After that the bleeding stopped.
