I'm happy with my results. My advice is get massages and wear your garment as often as possible. My stomach is not as smooth as I hoped it to be but over all I'm happy. Also the fat does go other places if you do not eat healthy.

Back to waist training

Week 3. I feel great. Went back to taking my multivitamin and it made my feel 10x better. I am still self messaging every night. I decide to go back to waist training. I will see if its to much. I'm going to still wear my spanx under and put my waist trainer on to to avoid any dents or pinching. I wear my faja in between washing my spanx. The itching stopped only when I shower. I am no longer taking pain pills.
