July will make three years .. I’ve maintained a diet of no starches, junk food, juice, soda or fast food. I’m still satisfied with my results, I’m debating if I want to go back but for now I really don’t need to

this is the longest journey I’ve seen on here. thanks for taking the time and you are still looking good. did you start exercising or just manage through diet?

I started the 100 sit ups a day last month other than that no and I should.. I don’t work out at all besides that
100 a day requires discipline though so good on you.
Can you show a picture of your stretch marks/tummy? I have them as well and one doc I had a consultation with doesn’t recommend I get Lipo even tho the others have said I’m a good candidate. I’m worried how they’ll look. Your entire thread is so beautiful!!!
