Pain and bruising is subsiding some. The Arnika gel and pills seem to be helping with the bruising and swelling. I'm able to do most things on my own although very slowly lol. The most uncomfortable occurrence is the fluid that has been pushed down to my pubic area because of the compression garments. It makes it rather uncomfortable to walk and or sit. I'm hoping that soaking in some Epsom salt baths will help to alleviate this. All in all I'm feeling pretty awesome and loving my new shape!

I always had some problems areas on my stomach that I just couldn't target with diet or exercise so I booked a consultation with Dr. Pinnella and discussion my options. I decided on liposculpture on upper and lower abdominals, flanks and some back. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself!
