Almost 4 years later update
WORTH IT$5,000
Hey y’all!! So it’s been almost 4 years since I had my surgery and I can gladly say it was still 100% worth it!!! It would be nice to get a touch up just from styles I’ve done that I shouldn’t have?but I don’t want to have to go through shaving the front again. I would only go to my same doctor! Hope these pics help anyway with their journey!! :)

Long OVERDUE update!
So I had the surgery April of 2017 and my hairline is officially grown all the way in and I looooovvveee it!! Best decision I've ever made, worth every single penny! My confidence has drastically improved and it looks so natural. Dr. Siegel is a very genuine man, he truly cares about you as a patient. If you're thinking about it, DO IT!

thank you!
thanks!
Your hair is so gorgeous, your results look so good!!!
Thanks girl! So does yours! I’m sure we’re equally happy we did the procedure :)
Thanks girl and yes, very thankful and happy! I actually went back to Dr. Huebner in December for my 2nd procedure. I haven't had the chance to update my review but I will post pics soon. I was very happy with my results but wanted more density since I such extensive loss. It was tough to shave my hair again but I know the results will be even better this time around.
Do assuming he’s competent in fue for black peoples hair?
He is! And extra bonus, the technicians are black women who really make you feel comfortable

9 month Update!!
Hiya!! I've been ABSOLUTELY horrible about updating. The growth really picked up in October and it's been going amazing! I still wear wigs, but I stick to my routine of nightly massaging with oil. Haven't been so great on my deep conditions but am going to kick that back up with it being winter. The growth is amazing and I'm going to do my first style without a wig this week!......... In update photos I had just taking my cornrows out and did an overnight hot oil treatment using virgin coconut oil.

Hi! I just posted some updated pics!!
Wow!!!! I'm glad you did not cut your hair. The growth is amazing!
I’m glad I didn’t either lol!!
Hey girl! Dr. Siegal did my surgery 01/16/18! I’m excited to see my results! You’re doing great! He’s truly amazing!
He really is!! I’ve texted him every month with progress pictures and he loves it! You should do the same :)
Jade! I’m totally going to do that too. I get my sutures out Tuesday and I’m hoping the scabs fall off soon. How did you conceal it the first few months? I would love to exchange contact info with you. Let me know how. Thanks so much! Theresa
hi! how do you like your results years later?
Thank you for posting! looks really good. Did you have to shave your hair that was already there before the surgery?
yeah so where they take the hair from and where they put it they shaved it. I lightly flat twisted my after 2 weeks and wore a wig

But yes the donor area completely grew back! Literally can’t tell AT ALL! Even my hairstylist had to try and find it lol. I feel as black woman our hair tolerance is so high even when tender headed that what doesn’t seem right it’s actually still too tight. Hope this helps!
