Face Fat Transfer 4.5 Weeks Ago and I Am Miserable, Please Help!!!

I had a face grafting to my face 4.5 weeks ago. It was my own fat obtained from Liposuction to my abdomen. I specifically told my PS not to overfill my face because I had very good fat absorption. (I know this because I had a fat transfer to my buttocks and almost all of it remained), and I have high cheek bones. We agreed prior to surgery that he will fill 10 cc of fat, and it turned out he put 15 cc to each cheek, 5 to nasolabial folds, 3 to lips, for a total of 46 cc :-( My face looked like a balloon for a long time. and now finally I am seeing my cheekbones again. However, my cheeks are huge, my smile changed, I look super ugly when I smile. My lips recovered its mobility but because my lower part of the cheeks are so fat, I speak like if my mouth is full, and spit a lot. Everyone says that final results will be visible between 6-8 weeks, and ask me to be patient, but I do not see how these conditions will improve over time. I feel that I have too much fat, my cheeks were overfilled, and that is something it will not go away. Can I do something to lower the volume of my cheeks? I have been putting heat compresses and then aggressive massage. I have been able dissolve some lumps, but it hurts and later my face get more swollen and its like a vicious circle that doesn't have an end. I want to try some ultrasound sessions to burn some fat, rather sooner than later before the fat becomes fibroid or melts with scaring tissue. Any suggestions? Please help
