I was looking into the prospect of having cosmetic eye bag removal surgery performed, and was referred to Dr. David Felder as he was reputed to specialize in this procedure, using the latest laser techniques. From the outset I found Dr. Felder to be personable, trustworthy, and thoroughly professional. He was upfront about costs and did not seek to do more than was necessary to achieve the desired outcome. The results have been excellent! I now have a more youthful appearance that looks entirely NATURAL. My friends comment on how rested I look and I can now stop hiding behind my glasses! My gratitude extends to Dr. Felder's staff, all of whom were very helpful--THANKS!!
