I could not be more pleased with Dr. Felder, his work and his staff. After considerable internet research I saw three doctors that had great reviews online. Dr Felder, by far, made the best impression. His office and staff present a warm, friendly and professional atmosphere. He explained in detail not only the procedure he proposed but also the alternatives that other doctors might perform. The way Dr. Felder addresses the problem of eye bags and damaged skin is by far the safest and least likely to have complications during or after the procedure; scarring is not possibility as incisions are made inside the eye lid. Both the scheduling and the procedure itself were quick and painless. As expected, the skin exposed to laser needed attention after the procedure but this wasn't difficult and did not hurt. The outcome of the procedure was not only better than I expected but was better than I had thought was possible. Throughout the entire process Dr. Felder's kind nature and natural professionalism made what could have been a frightening and trying time into an exciting and happy experience.
