56 Year Old Implants Leaking Silicone into Lymph Nodes - Fort Lauderdale, FL

I have had silicone implants for 33 years, the last set I got was 14 years ago with a lift, 400 mL mentor gel high profile. My mammogram from 2014 shows silicone in my lymph nodes, Dr. never told me I discovered it on my own. I believe the silicone was making me ill had a lot of auto immune disease symptoms and problems in my joints. I have been researching for the past couple of months and I was seriously considering X planting all together. But I've gone to two PS, they have told me I will not be happy with myself that they will look terrible because of the loose skin. I am scheduled to have implants and capsules out tomorrow and have another set put in. I am wondering if I'm doing the right thing, I seriously believe they are making me ill. I'm very confuse right now and anxious. I also told him I do not want to go bigger I want to go smaller but he does not want to do a lift on me and compromise NY nipples. This will be my fifth surgery with implants in and out. Thank you for this forum I have been learning a lot about it this is the first time I'm actually sharing my situation.
