I had my first implants when I was 23 years old...325cc and had to revise after 25 years in 2009 - doctor put in larger implant to fill in excess skin after removal of leaking implant and capsulectomy...should have done a lift and smaller implants - now 8 years later implants are sagging significantly with right side lower than left about 2 inches - implants have always been over the muscle - last doctor said he couldn't do under the muscle due to many years over and muscle was thin...I don't know if I believe that 100%...I was very unhappy with results from the second surgery...I didn't go back to same doctor as I don't really trust him to do what I am looking for. I am scheduled for removal, lift and fat transfer on Tuesday, September 26th. Looking forward to freedom from so much weight!!
