Great casual demeanor. He's Double board certified and do major surgeries in a hospital. Which was number two on my top five requirements. It made me instantly comfortable. He explained everything about the steps. He would take and what his expertise was. Check! Considering he was a complete stranger from off a site a random site, I didn't feel awkward in his presence. Honestly, after my research, there really wasn't anything he could have said to push me closer to yes- only the opposite. It is through blind faith we allow a stranger-based on credentials, referrals , appearance, and a great bio-that we allow any surgeon to open us up; they're never any guarantees. However, I think the doctors energy matters/ personality matters. The office is spotless and orderly. The staff is great! They are very accommodating and made planning for the surgery a breeze. They followed up with me after the surgery. I decided not to mention a dollar figure because I know each case is different, and for me it was more about safety and results than price.
