I cannot tell you how happy I am today. I cried with joy the first day I could see my new boobs !!!
Not only is DR PINELLA a top surgeon in his field . He is compassionate and caring . My surgery combined the following . removal of old implants. A lift and new implants. My new size is 616 CC MOD PROFILE. NATRELLE. MAY 5TH 2015
THEY LOOK AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!! The entire experience was incredible. The team of professionals as the CENTER FOR COSMETIC SURGERY went above and beyond to make me feel confident in my decision to up size. I was enlightened with important information that no other surgeon or facility had provided.

Congratulations on having awesome results and loving yer boobs! Unfortunately it's not a given when we have our revision or even our first BA. I've been fortunate too :) my revision wasn't easy (infection) but I'm finally @ the loving them stage! When my husband and I were @ the gym yesterday he couldn't keep his eyes off the girls and was like that top looks good...no my boobs look good! YAY! I know how you feel girl...WOO HOO! Can't wait to see them! Yer review can bring happiness and awesome results to others...how awesome is that?! XX

I agree with you . when i had them done 18 years ago . the surgery was not so pleasant alot more pain back then . So relieved and happy to have my new boobs !!!

Do you have pics of before your first set and after first set? Why did you get another BA? Just curious as Im still not happy after second surgery and want a third because dont feel I got the change and difference in volume and projection I wanted. I wish I was guided better with my body type and what I can hold.

my fist set was above the muscle 375 and 18 years old . time to change them. I wanted bigger and fuller and under the muscle !! :))) Go see DR PINELLA. He is awesome
