Went in for the free consultation this morning. This was my 2nd opinion. Previously saw a dermatologist who recommended CO 2 fractional laser about 2 to 3 treatments at 800.00 the first one and 400.00 the rest. Today at Harmony laser I was discouraged to use the CO 2 as I could get different scarring as a result and recommended microneedling. I decided to give microneedling a try.I will update once I get it done.

Try restylane injections first to lift the indentations! E matrix is also very safe with food results. You can do dozens of ematrix without skin texture thinning or worsening. Microneedling with PRP is a good choice also peels every now and again in between lasers will help them penetrate deeper and keep the dead layers away. Good luck!

CourtneyTheresa1991, which type of peel do you recommend between microneedling sessions? With how much time between peel and needling? I’ve noticed several microneedling reviews on this site that advice against a peel prior to microneedling because they ended up with “orange peel” skin.

Micro needling is pretty amazing. If you add LED Light and a serum you may see faster results. I had corrective surgery for wrinkles & bags. I have acne scars too. Initially signed up for a 3 pack deal for approx $1000.00. Results were so promising I went for another 3 pack. Tried the new LED light las procedure and was blown away by quick recovery and escalated results. Way better then any Laser!!!

I would't use fillers first! Too expensive. You're young, your skin will heal/repair itself to some degree. Maybe Retin A, but the real deal, not cosmetic grade. $200. a tube in USA or go to Spain and pay $10. Micro needling is pretty amazing!!!

Hey I had a very similar experience! A dermatologist recommended that I get C02 fraxel combined with microneedling, but the more I researched I found that Fraxel would be extremely damaging to my skin ( I have ethnic skin) I went to a different location and the skin therapist highly discouraged fraxel. From everything I've read fraxel is an outdated technology and microneedling is far superior in its healing/results/pricing. Good luck!!!
