I'm almost one week out from undergoing placement of 320cc under the muscle, inframammary incision, Mentor gel implants (this was the biggest my surgeon said would fit my frame, I do have a small ribcage). I'm pleased with how easy my recovery was (no pain greater than 2/10, only used half of my pain meds). I'm concerned that my new boobs are smaller and a little farther apart than I wanted, but I hear this is normal and they will settle (fingers crossed).

Wow, you look great! Congratulations! Very nice size selection on your body frame. How nice that you're experiencing minimal discomfort. Feel free to join the August 2016 breast augmentation surgery forum for some post op support. Looking forward to your updates!

Back to work

Went back to work yesterday full time...I'm a Home Health PT so not a desk job. Went much better than I thought it would, no breast pain, just a little tightness between my shoulder blades at the end of the day that went away in a few hours.
