Waste of time and money, sadly

I was looking for a face/neck tightening treatment that didn't have a fat loss risk but that could tighten a little like Thermage or RF. I was told by the technician that I should avoid Morpheus8 because of the fat loss probability. (Reason I went there, they had the Morpheus RF machine.) I appreciated her candor as I didn't realize that was a huge issue with that treatment.I was told there was no risk with the Forma and that I would notice nice results after 4 weeks. That was good enough for me. I did 3 treatments a week apart and I had realistic expectations. (As in I didn't expect very much.) It didn't help at all. Not at all! Total waste of time and money. I feel like I looked better before I did the treatments.I prepaid a microneedling package but haven't gone back because I'm nervous. So, back to researching what treatments might be worthwhile. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm happy to hear them. :)
