Forma for Undereyes at 41

I have been diligent about taking care of my skin, especially the last 4 years. As someone who has almost always lived somewhere with a pool and or had a convertible, my sun exposure to my face has been significant. I am much better about wearing sunscreen and glasses now as I have gotten older, but my lack of those preventative measures in my younger years has caught up with the thin skin of my under eyes. I have spoke to 2 surgeons about having the lower skin removed, as the wrinkles are now there to stay. They have both said I am too young at 41. I have tried eye creams, halo laser, profractional, all with little long term change. My medical aesthetician Dr Kodama got the Forma laser in her office this month and offered 30% off the service. She said it helps tighten the skin around the eyes by creating new bonds. It has no downtime, unlike any other laser I have tried in the past and is not painful. The treatment is extremely relaxing. The wand does get intense with heat, but nothing unmanageable. I was in and out in 30 minutes and noticed a difference after just 1 session. I will keep posting updates as I finish my series of 6 sessions. So far, very happy with my results!
