So I travelled all day Tuesday and got to Prague in the evening where I was taken to my hotel.
The next day I got up and met my coordinator who is lovely. We went to the clinic where I had consultation with dr vasek who is very nice and seemed to know what he was talking about although didn't want to see my nose inspiration pics which was a bit disheartening. He said he would make narrower and tip more defined which is what I wanted pretty much. He said it doesn't need turning up anymore.
I also spoke wi him about cheek implants which I will be having in January along with a labiaplasty performed by their other surgeon.
The only thing which stressed me out was when it was time to pay I bought out my envelope with £1400 cash in it (the remainder after my £350 deposit with my £100 discount for paying cash) and the receptionist was like "oh because you have rhinoplasty before it is extra 50%!!!
That's an extra £700 I'm meant to pull out of my ass?!?! I told her I don't have it to which she was like cant you pay on card??
I explained that I had made clear it was a revision rhinoplasty to my coordinator and I had even asked her checking it wasn't more expensive. She went off somewhere I guess to check with the surgeon and came back saying they will make an exception and do it for the said price however I couldn't have the £100 discount so I paid that extra.
Long story short I had my blood tests and physical which I failed because I still have the tail end of a chest infection. Silly of me to of went really- never mind!

I have had a previous close rhinoplasty where I had a bump shaved off my bridge- this was with dr Singh at transform. ..however feel like my tip is quite bulbous and my nose could be all round smaller.
I would like it more narrow, more ski lope, the tip made smaller and thinner and turned up slightly. All round more feminine!
Hopefully this will be achievable
