Side Effects of Procedure Performed Without my Consent

The clinic gave me medical records that contain errors, false information and are incomplete (e.g. half of my face was changed, but according to the documentation, only forehead reduction was done). After reporting this to my medical consultant Alex twice, I was ignored both times. No response whatsoever.

They also refuse to send me photos from the operating table. I requested them several times. Each time, they made excuses (like lack of time... or forgetfulness...) or ignored me.

(18.06.2025) Dr Cengizhan Ekizceli performed a procedure on me for which I never gave my consent, either verbally or in writing. A procedure that was never discussed with me before the surgery, and no one ever asked for my consent. Half of my face was completely altered without my knowledge or consent.


The results of the surgery (revision forehead reduction + unwanted procedure that changed my brows, cheeks, eyes and lower eyelids and I only expected a change in my eyebrows):

My forehead is stitched together crookedly. The right side is 0.5 cm higher than the left.

I can only move, raise, and lower my right eyebrow, while the left is completely immobile.

My lower eyelids are destroyed. Before the surgery, they looked great and healthy, but after the surgery, they sank in, making me look sick. I also have a terrible fold under one eye, which, in addition to looking terrible, makes each eye look different. The doctor also changed the shape of my eyes from sad to cat-like, which I didn't want (I liked my sad eyes).

I have terrible, unnatural-looking, devilish horns/bumps on my temples.

My eyesight deteriorated. I'd always had excellent vision. After the surgery, the skin was so stretched that I couldn't close my eyes for weeks. Now I can close my eyes, but the blurry vision remains.
