Terrible forehead reduction & rhino with Dr. Cengizhan - biggest regret of life

Dr cengizhan performed 3 failed procedures on me.

First, he performed hair lowering surgery. And we agreed on 1 to 1.5 centimeter reduction and he removed more than 3 cm. During consultation we discussed natural, round, and zigzag. He gave me a straight short masculine hairline that’s half of the size of my birth forehead. He chopped it in half.

Secondly: I performed rhinoplasty in which we discussed septoplasty, and rhinoplasty only to refine my balbous tip. No shortening no alarplasty and no lifting. I specifically told him not to do that, and he agreed. 

1.)He performed alarplasty on me and didn’t even write it in my surgery report and I never gave him consent. I only knew he did alarplasty after the surgery when I saw the incisions on the sides, and the base of my nose more narrow. This caused me a collapsed nose and worst breathing problems. 

2. He put hump removal on my surgery report when I never had a hump. It’s very clear I never had a hump from my pre-op photos that are in this review. He also removed parts of my turbinates and has caused me ENS (empty nose syndrome) without my consent and terrible breathing problems, and migraines from lack of oxygen. I went to an ent doctor and they confirmed this. 

He also collapsed my nose during surgery and left me with uneven nostrils that are very very uneven and obvious. He didn’t tell me about the collapse of my nose until I demanded my surgery report 2 months later and I flew back to get it. That same moment is when I found out I have batten grafts on my side wall of my nose to camouflage the collapsed he did to me, that's also when I have grafts in my tip that caused me this hard tip with no movement. Also, these are things we never discussed,

. He was never suppose to add anything to my tip as my surgery was only to make my tip less balbous. My breathing now is 10x worst than before and my nose is short, uneven, wide, and upturn. It looks like a pigs nose. MY NOSE HAS EXTREMELY UNEVEN NOSTRILS!

3.) he performed a neck lift / facelift when I only wanted a cheek lift. I agreed to the neck lift facelift because he suggested it for me and told me it's what i needed, and I’m only 35 years old. This is very much like the other young girls review in the negative review section. He pushes surgeries on patients when they don't need it and makes you feel like you're ugly.

He said he would do deplane when he lied again and only did smas and I don’t even know if he actually did SMAS. My face now looks wider and saggy, much worst than before. He also left lumps on my neck and 2 bulging glands that pop out until today and I’m 11 months post op. Also the bulging glands are my saliva glands and now I have to drink water through out the night cause my throat always feels dry from the bulging glands and from having to breath from my mouth at night because of the lack breathing through my nostrils. He also made terrible scars going down my neck very visible. Every surgeon in the US couldn’t believe the scars he left me. When he told me they will be hidden scars especially because I am so young and shouldn't have those types of scars.

HIS SURGERY REPORT IS LIES. My before and after photos show that I never had a hump in my nose to remove. He added it to the surgery report to justify breaking my bones and chopping my nose in half. He also performed alarplasty on me as it is evident in the photo but never included it in the surgery report.

Please everyone be AWARE of this doctor. This is medical battery! I've shown you all the proof of photos, and surgery report that show his lies!

HE HAS RUINED MY LIFE!

I lost my job, my mental health, my youth, my beauty, and my life because of him. This is a medical battery what he is doing. I went in for surgery at 9 am and woke in the middle of the night, I  could have died. GOD KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME!

They also left the iv needle insertion on my leg and forgot to remove it and sent me back to the hotel.

I’m demanding a refund, I will be reaching out to the Turkish medical board about this medical battery that was performed on me. Imagine this was done to your wife, daughter, or sister? How can you guys live with yourselves knowing what he does to people. 

I’m sure there’s also happy patients that may have had a successful surgery with him, but clearly mine wasn’t and he even admit to that. He offered me revision how can I trust him for revision after this medical battery that was done to me? Everything we discussed he ruined and made 10x worst. He ruined my life and i haven’t smiled since the day i left turkey. I am not the only person he has done this too, I know many girls right now who are miserable from his work and he ruined their lives. They also have reached out to you guys numerous of times. He must be investigated god knows if he performs the surgery himself or if his students do. I did not see him when they took me down for surgery or when I woke up. If this his work, then he is not a competent doctor! He medically and aesthetically ruined my health, and face and I have proof.
