Forehead Lift Surgery at Mine Plastic Surgery, Seoul - No Results

The surgery was done by. Dr. Song. I was interested in Forehead Lift surgery. The distance between my eyes and my eyebrow is so close and I requested forehead-lifting surgery. During the online consultation, the Dr said he can do it, he will lift it up and give a bright look to my eyes, But that’s all not right. Nothing happened. At first, I was planning to do the forehead reduction (hairline lowering surgery) because I wanted to make my forehead short as well as the length of my face. The doctor said I don’t need to do the forehead reduction because he is going to lift my eyebrows from the eyes. So that I don’t need to shorten it. Well, I trust his words. To start with I had only a 5 min consultation then he rushed me out to serve the next person. Also before I came to Korea, Sarah told me on WhatsApp that “We can raise the corners a bit more during the forehead lift and make the eye corner slightly lifted, More like cat eyes.” But during the consultation, Dr. Song said we can’t do it, he looked me down with an unpleasant facial look and different body language. He just didn’t show any interest, he just treated me like [RS bleep]. His body language changes and he annoyed that he didn’t give importance to it.

I’m now 6 months post-surgery and there were no results until now. They never told me anything about that. I will have a scar on my head after this surgery. I didn't know about this, I'm just a customer. They are medical professionals so, of course, they should tell me everything. They pull my skin towards both sides of the head. There are scars and it will not grow any hairs.. After the surgery, I noticed there was a scar on my head and it looked so ugly. and I asked Sarah the consultant. She just answers it so easily that it will not grow hair from the scar and she said many people do it. Well, I'm not many people. And not everyone's the same. How come she tells it so easily and simply? If it was mentioned in the consultation, I will not do this surgery at all. The consultant and surgeon didn't explain the procedure clearly and properly. The surgeon was so rushed and the consultation only lasted about 5 minutes. So this is what will happen if you do not conduct a consultation properly. They mess up my head, my hair will never grow from the scars anymore and it looks so ugly. I am insecure to go out and face people. Now I have to live with their mess. They work irresponsibly after the operation, and when the results of the operation are not so good, they act irresponsibly. I do not recommend this place. If you are having surgery, I would recommend another place. You can't even talk to your doctor if you're having surgery here. Only the hospital building is wonderful. The surgeons are not skilled.
