No, most likely not. I'm only 8 months and I have really good coverage. As a female who has very thick hair, I'm happy. I considered a small top up of grafts to just the front center initially, but i probably will not, because I would not want to shave my hair back again. I honestly think looks natural in even bright light. And I think it will get better even still in the up coming months.
Brill, i had second ht 1 year ago and didnt have to shave the hair back plus it was alot easier than the first, little or no pain also. But im still not happy with the parting looks a little thin, and sometimes think the hairs look course and thick in different lights, im prob over obsessing about it

Loving my results so far !!

Just popping in to say that I love my results this far!! I feel like this past month the hairs have just gotten long enough that I can kind of hide and blend them!
I will update my doctor info shortly. If you are on the fence with this procedure, I’d say go for it!!

How do you style hair in public ?
I've just been starting to FINALLY part it again! Like I did before. The hairs are too short but with hairspray and styling I can blend them with my other hair. Once they are longer and heavier I should be able to train them better to lay flat.

I see you updated your doctor! I was actually debating between that doctor and the one I went with. I sometimes regret my choice.
I had a few consults (one in person and two on facetime) before I went with her. I really liked her the best and their work spoke for itself, in my opinion. Try not to get down on yourself, I know it's hard playing the waiting game. For awhile I was sure I was going to need a second HT, then out of the blue....things just improved. I will not say it matches my original density, no of course not. But I doubt anyone else can tell, and that's what matters. I think once those hairs in the front can start to lay "flat" it makes all the difference!
I LOVE Dr. Richardson,omg!! He and his staff were awesome! I'm going back to get my eyebrows done, lol! I can't think of what's the correct term for it,but it's like the ones that are kinda tattooed and last a year. I'll update my "now" pics when I start wearing my hair again. So you had yours done already? How was it??

Soon I’ll be 6 months

In three days it will have been 6 months since the transplant. Here are some photos I took tonight under bright bathroom lighting. You can see where i still need some increased density in the front. Not bad so far though! :-)
