Forehead Abnormalities

Ive always been super self-conscious about my forehead (because it's bigger and there these weird bumps that make my headshape look weird) but I never really understood why but now that I'm old enough to explore options I was wondering if someone could fill me on why its like this and what I can do to make it normal and maybe even decrease the size of my forehead. (I don't know if it matters but when I was a child I had a whole basketball hoop fall on the back of my head and I was rushed to the ER but I don't think there were any long term effects from it)
