So Excited to Have Finally Gotten This Done.

My consultation went extremely well. Dr Solomon was very thorough, detailed answered all my questions and even put me in contact with a patient that had had a similar procedure.

I had my procedure today and my hairline looks soon good. Its just day one so this isn't my final review but I will be documenting my recovery and results here

Recovery is going pretty well. No pain. I had to have a drain in for 3 days. Got that removed yesterday.
I still have staples in but have an appointment to have them removed in 4 days (so 8 days post up).
Taking my anti biotics every 6 hours.
Cleaning incision with hydrogen peroxide and then applying polysporin ointment.
For some reason, I feel like these pictures do not properly capture how much better my hairline looks post up, but here goes...

I feel like my results are very conservative. I'm not sure how many cms I got. My forehead is definitely smaller than it was prior but only by a little bit.

I already knew that I wasn't a great candidate because I didn't have a lot of laxity in my scalp which is a huge factor in how much lowering can be achieved so I'm a little disappointed that my results aren't more dramatic but I still think it was worth it.

I'm hoping that when the hair grows through the incision, it'll look even better. I'm considering getting prp injections to improve the hair regrowth along my hairline. I'll ask my doctor about this.
